Once an order is placed, we do not accept any cancellations. We take great pride in carefully inspecting, preparing, and packing each order. If an item is damaged during shipping or for any other issues, please save ALL packaging, take photos of the label/box/damage and send us an email referencing your order # and issue at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt for a replacement.
